Extend Server 2008 partition

Situation: the different partitions on my Windows Server 2008 computer are used for different purposes. In this way, I can find needed files at the first moment. Recently, I find the partition I used to store programs installed on my computer is running out of space. But now I need to install a program which can only run normally on the condition that there is more than 10 GB of free space in target partition. Otherwise, the temporary files may not able to be stored successfully. However, the size of all partitions is set up when server was initialized. I discover that a lot of space is left unused in some other partitions. Can I take some free space from these partitions and use it to extend Windows Server 2008 partition?
