Partition resize Server 2008

Situation: The C drive of my Windows Server 2008 computer originally has 30 GB free space. However, as time goes by, the size of free space is decreasing and now there is only little free space in the C drive. This has greatly influenced my normal use of computer. For instance, the speed of computer is much slower than before; some operations can’t be finished successfully because of low partition space. Now, I’m starting to think about partition resize on Windows Server 2008, though I understand the risk pretty well. I was wondering if there is a safe method for Windows Server 2008 partition resize (there is much free space in some other partitions of computer).

Choose MiniTool for Partition Resize on Windows Server 2008

In above situation, most users will think of using Partition Magic to solve low partition space problem since it has a high reputation in partition management filed. However, is it really a good choice for Windows Server 2008 partition resize? We’re afraid it is not.

Though Partition Magic was originally developed by PowerGuest, it is now owned by Symantec. And because of that, its update was stopped in 2011. Obviously, this tool can hardly meet users’ increasing demands. Therefore, we don’t advise users to adopt it for partition resize on Windows Server 2008. Instead, MiniTool Partition Wizard Server Edition is highly recommended.
